1. Tickets

Tickets may be sold and purchased only in Alberta.

Ticket purchasers must be 18 years of age or older.

2. 50/50

1 for $10.00; 250 tickets
3 for $25.00; 300 tickets
10 for $50.00; 1000 tickets
30 for $100.00; 3000 tickets

The 50/50 is a draw where the money received in ticket sales is divided evenly between the winner and the charity.

Maximum 50/50 payout will be $10,000.00.

3. Important Dates & Draw Information

Final ticket sales deadline: June 6, 2025 at 6:30:00 p.m. MDT

Draw
50/50 draw: June 6, 2025 at 7:00:00 p.m. MDT

If for some reason, the draw cannot take place on the draw date listed, a substitute draw date and time will be selected. All ticket purchasers will be able to see the amended draw date and time information posted on the same website the ticket was purchased.

Draw will be held at Grande Prairie Golf & Country Club, 711040 Resources Rd, Grande Prairie, AB T8V 3A7

The winning ticket is drawn using Random Number Generator software (RNG). 

Winners will be posted online at https://nwplottery.com/winners on June 6, 2025.

4. Winner

Winner will be contacted by phone by the The Northwestern Polytechnic Foundation.

Winners consent to release of their names by licensee.

No tickets will be purchased by the Board of Directors of the The Northwestern Polytechnic Foundation or employees involved with the conduct and management of the ticket raffle.

5. Privacy

The Northwestern Polytechnic Foundation does not sell, rent or exchange any personal information collected from our supporters with any other organization or entity.

6. Complaints

Any complaints can be directed to the raffle administrators by emailing: Engage@NWPolytech.ca. Administrators will review the complaint and take action if necessary.

7. Other

Please email our team at Engage@NWPolytech.ca should you require a refund for any ticket purchases or would like to issue a complaint, and we would be happy to assist you.
